VERSAND     SPEDIZIONE   SHIPMENT

  • Kostenloser Versand: Ab einem Bestellwert von 100 €
  • kostenpflichtiger Versand unter 100€ Bestellwert mit einer Versandpauschale von 25€
  • Lieferung: Innerhalb Europa erfolgt die Lieferung in der Regel innerhalb 5-10 Werktagen. Internationale Lieferzeiten können variieren.
  • Versanddienstleister: Die Bestellung wird mit einem geeigneten Versanddienstleister (z. B. DHL/DPD/UPS/POSTE ITALIANE) verschickt.
  • Verpackung: Sichere und umweltfreundliche Verpackung wird verwendet.
  • Verfolgung: Versandnummer wird ggf. bereitgestellt, damit du dein Paket verfolgen kannst.
  • Rücksendung: Falls du etwas zurückschicken möchtest muss dies SOFORT erfolgen mittels einer unverzüglichen Beanstandung per Mail nach Erhalt der Lieferung. Die Rücksendung ist auf eigenen Kosten zu tragen und der Beanstandete Artikel wird nach Erhalt der MIVIT sofort begutachtet und ein Statment abgegeben. 

 

Spedizione gratuita: per ordini superiori a 100 € e per ordini inferiori a 100€ di valore si applica una quota pari a 25€. Consegna: in Europa, la consegna avviene solitamente entro 5-10 giorni lavorativi. I tempi di consegna internazionali possono variare. Corriere: l'ordine verrà spedito con un corriere idoneo (ad esempio, DHL/DPD/UPS/POSTE ITALIANE). Imballaggio: verrà utilizzato un imballaggio sicuro ed ecologico. Tracciamento: verrà fornito un numero di tracciamento, se necessario, per monitorare il pacco. Resi: se si desidera restituire un articolo, è necessario farlo IMMEDIATAMENTE inviando un reclamo via e-mail al ricevimento della consegna. La spedizione del reso è a proprie spese. L'articolo difettoso verrà ispezionato immediatamente al ricevimento da parte di MIVIT e verrà emesso un verbale.

Shipping provider: The order will be shipped with a suitable shipping provider (e.g., DHL/DPD/UPS/POSTE ITALIANE). Packaging: Secure and environmentally friendly packaging will be used. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided if necessary so you can track your package. Returns: If you wish to return something, you must do so IMMEDIATELY by submitting a complaint via email upon receipt of the delivery. The return shipment is at your own expense. The defective item will be inspected immediately upon receipt by MIVIT, and a statement will be issued.
